Bud I really don't know the answer to that, go on their website, live chat with a rep and they will give you a number to call to cancel everything, but you can only get that number through a live chat rep

@Mr90sMusiclover they tried hard to get my bank account and my sin when ever I feel bored I answer the call and I'll take some time to make them frustrated end of the conversation they will ask your BANK INFO AND SIN NUMBER on that time I cut the call 🤣🤣🤣🙏 And thank you for sharing this info brother 🙏 Thank you so much 💓

You have to go back onto their website and select chat online, once you get someone demand they tell you the number to call to opt out, thats what I did and when I called it was routed to an office in England but after a nice heated argument they cancelled, just to be safe, I know it's a pain but go into your bank branch and tell them you want a new accou t number and tell them why, they will do that for you, I did that as well, although it's not a necess I just did it to be dam sure they couldn't steal from me

I'm ready to pursue a class action suit against them can I give your name as a victim as well

But won't my credit score be affected ?

I have no idea about ur credit score bud, but I know a class action would NOT effect anyone's credit score

On the website you can choose to speak to an agent online, (that's what I did) when you get someone to speak to tell them you are not interested and want the number to call to cancel it. Oh I forgot to tell you, if they already took money, call or visit ur branch and tell them it's an unauthorized transaction and most ppl get all their money back the same day!! Depending on what bank ur with, idk why these clowns havnt been shut down yet but my god they make me sooooo mad
